Allow me to formally introduce myself. My name is Lena and I am just an average twenty-something year old girl who has no idea what she’s doing, but at least I keep on doing it. I am no expert on life, but I am still around so I guess I am doing something right. Currently I am a Mental Health Technician in a Psychiatric Hospital in Central Jersey and I recently decided to pursue a career in Psychiatric Nursing. I struggle with not only my own mental health, but the mental health of those around me on a day to day basis. Life is a journey and I am taking it one day at a time.
